The purpose(s) of the Exchange Club of Tuscaloosa Foundation, Inc.

“To encourage and receive gifts and grants of money in property of every kind and character and to administer the same for charitable, benevolent, eleemosynary, educational, civic, and philanthropic purposes, either directly to individuals or to other foundations, eleemosynary institutions, churches, federal, state, county, or municipal government agencies or instrumentalities.”
